Welcome to Roots

Check-in anytime between 3pm and 8pm and check out by 11am. We serve homemade breakfast from 8am till 10am and also a variety of tapas and mains from 12 to 9pm.

Each house has a private bathroom, hot water, eco-friendly toiletries, comfortable bed, fan and a private chill out area where you can choose to enjoy your breakfast.

Our Yoga Shala is overlooking the common pool area and we offer yoga classes and other activities.

My friends and I went this weekend to Roots and it was one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bali. I can’t get over the level of detail that went into making each tree house, the thoughtful touches in each house and how comfortable they are. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, close to the beach and the owners make you feel like family.

Each “tree house” is so different and the location has such a grounding energy that you will definitely feel even more connected to Bali. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing! Brand new, the architecture, the buildings, the rooms, the decorations, the beds, the shower, the gardens, the owner, the staff, everything is absolutely perfection. Staying in the beautiful room Cinnamon I was really taken back to a childhood dream, living in a tree house. Everything is made so beautifully, you can tell a lot of thought and love have gotten into creating this place. The surroundings has a very peaceful and healing feel to it, very in touch with nature. A big thank you to all the guys that is running the place, we felt so welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this place. And I just wanted to say, the towels smelt amazing.

It was like walking into a fairy magical land that was unlike anywhere we've seen in Uluwatu. If you are looking for a unique and memorable stay in the Uluwatu area, we highly recommend staying at the Roots Tree Houses. The treehouses were stunning and were so special as small touches of luxury & care are sprinkled throughout the treehouse. We were truly impressed! The owners are so incredibly and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool and little kitchen area where we could help ourselves to cold water in the fridge. Honestly, they've thought about so many little things that make your stay special and comforting. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here!

Come here to slow down & experience the special atmosphere in the middle of nature. The treehouse are really unique. They are made with so much love & you will discover so many small, beautiful details. I specially love that they built the rooms up in the trees & around it, so the branches with leaves are in the room! It's so nice!

Brand new, clean, excellent service, helpful owners and a fun atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and be immersed in nature. You're able to escape the noise and hustle and bustle in Bali without having to drive for hours and you're still quite close to popular destinations. The bed was also extremely comfy, definitely an important factor when we travel!
